AQUACULTURE NETS

Net panels for aquaculture in salt and fresh water.
Finished products: standard/extra aviaries, cages, barrier nets, anti-predator barriers.

The Retificio Ribola net manufacturer has been active in the aquaculture sector for more than thirty years, as a manufacturer and supplier of fish farming cages, anti-bird nets and barriers.

We also provide square-mesh nets and net panels. The capability to manufacture knotless nets, according to customer’s needs, together with a long-standing expertise in the field of nets tailoring, have enabled the company to develop various services for aquacultures.

Ribola’s net panels for aquaculture are manufactured with UV-ray treated high-tenacity yarns, in order to provide farmers with nets with improved performance in terms of durability and resistance to wear over time. Nets are manufactured knotless, with Rachel frames.

The Retificio Ribola net manufacturer boasts more than 15 looms able to meet the most diverse customers’ needs.
Each net is specifically woven to cover various applications, in nylon or polyethylene or with combined nylon and polyethylene yarns, and with the most advanced fibres available on the aquaculture market.

Moreover, basing on the needs to be met, specific yarn combinations are conceived. Therefore, a consultancy service is made available to Customers during the manufacturing stage, as well as a wide range of nets to choose from, according to their needs. All nets undergo a heat setting process which prevents the mesh from subsequent distortion and, if required, they are dyed or manufactured with solution-dyed yarns. In the tailoring department, nets are custom-design and tailor-made cut, sewn and finished according to the customer’s needs. We also provide semi-finished cages and barriers.
